Treschow-Fritzøe owns and runs companies in forestry and natural resources, property management and development, wholesale distribution and logistics, the stone industry and the building materials business. Mille-Marie Treschow is the leader of the family consortium Treschow Fritzøe, which is the basis for the family´s leading role in wood, timber and rock-development. Due to the early death of her father, Mr. Treschow, she took over the company in 1986, just out of education abroad.

After an extensive zoning process, Fritzøe Eiendom is making good progress on converting the former iron works at Fritzøe Verk in Hammerdalen into a new urban district. The area has already become an attractive site for a range of artistic and cultural activities, as well as new, knowledge-based businesses.
Fritzøe Skoger (Forest)
Fritzøe Skoger is the largest forestry property in Norway to be owned by a single person. The primary objective in managing the forests is to optimise exploitation of the property´s natural resources, based on the principle of long-term, sustainable development.
The company is a substantial player in the market, engaged in the importation and distribution of wood-based board products, floors and quality timber. Fritzøe Engros and subsidiaries have warehouse and logistics operations in Larvik and Åndalsnes, as well as at Forserum, Norrköping and Skellefteå in Sverige. The company´s warehouse capacity totals 40,000 square metres.
Larvikite is the Norwegian national stone, and Lundhs’ exclusive global export product. The stone is unique to the Larvik area, and is known for its deep blue tones and large, shiny crystals. It is considered one of the worlds most exclusive types of stone, and features prominently in prestigious buildings in some of the world´s biggest cities, including the UN building in New York and the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.
Carlsen Fritzøe is an established major builders player, with 17 modern building material outlets in the expansive region between Drammen and Kristiansand. The company has good market position in the counties, Telemark, Vestfold and Buskerud and working actively to further develop the operational and logistics solutions that will contribute to realizing the objective of further profitable growth in a challenging and competitive industry.
CEOS AB’s head office is in Forserum, Sweden. The company is largely geared towards the Swedish industrial market. Fritzøe Engros acquired Ceos in 2006. Ceos activities very much mirror those of Fritzøe Engros in Norway, but focus on the Swedish industrial market. In addition to importing and distributing wood-based products, Ceos also engages in wood machining and lamination of boards.
