 Per Ivar Selvaag

Per Ivar Selvaag former car designer from Fogn, who recently moved to the Bay Area with his wife and three kids.

Per Ivar Selvaag has had an impressive career, which got a kick-start when Land Rover got their eyes up for his university project, and sponsored his Master´s degree in Automobile Design at the Royal College of Art in London. Per Ivar Selvaag has held several amazing positions such as the Lead Designer of the BMW Group, the Chief Designer at Peugeot Automobiles, the Design Manager at Lincoln Design Organization, and the Senior Designer for General Motors Advanced Design, just to mention some of his accomplishments.

At the end of 2010 Per Ivar Selvaag was headhunted as Chief Designer for Peugot, and he was leading a team of 60-70 people when they designed the million-dollar concept car Peugot HX1 for Peugeot and the Peugeot Onyx. One of the last projects he did for BMW was revealed at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

After relocating to the Bay Area Per Ivar Selvaag is now the Managing Partner at Native Design LLC and you can read more about the company on their website.
