 Månafossen waterfall

The Månafossen waterfall, located at the bottom of the Frafjorden in Gjesdal is fed by the river Mån. Norway´s ninth largest waterfall with a total drop is 92 meters. One of the county´s most popular tourist attractions.

Marked trail. Steep path from the parking lot; some stretches with steps and chain railing. The walk takes 30 minutes. If you are looking for a longer hike, you can extend the trip by walking towards Mån and the Månvatnet lake.
