In Norway we have 70 hotels spread over the whole country. With a Nordic Hotel Pass we guarantee that the rates are a minimum of EUR 12 below standard room rates. At some hotels you can obtain up to 50% discount. Super break offers! NORDIC HOTEL PASS With a Nordic Hotel Pass you have access to many fantastic offers. The pass entitles you to up to 50% discount at all our hotels in the Nordic countries. We guarantee that the rates are our best offers at any given time. With a Nordic Hotel Pass you are of course entitled to free access to all facilities at the hotel, including swimming pool, sauna and fitness centres, where applicable. Rates quoted in the Nordic Hotel Pass are valid for specific periods for up to 2 adults and accompanying children. The rates are not valid during fairs and exhibitions, music festivals or other cultural events. At times a hotel may have sold its room capacity to companies or congress and conference organisers. At those times we cannot guarantee that the rates are available. The prices are valid for a limited number of rooms. The rates are not valid for groups in connection with conferences. Guarantee The rates apply to standard double room with bath/shower, TV and telephone. Some hotels can offer favourable rates on rooms of a higher standard, suites etc. Booking/Cancellation/Payment To obtain the rates quoted one must state that one is a holder of Nordic Hotel Pass on advance reservation. If one fails to do so, the hotel can demand standard room rates. Unless otherwise agreed, the room is held until 6pm on date of arrival. Late arrival is secured by credit card. Payment is made direct to the hotel. Any changes in tax and duty regulations entitle Choice Hotels to change the rates without prior warning. Seniors Seniors over the age of 60 are offered Nordic Hotel Pass at half price (DKK/NOK/SEK 50, EUR 6). AQUAPARKS In Norway you can choose between three hotels which alle have their own huge aquaparks. Some of the activities to choose from are: aquapark of minimum 1700 sq.m., fitness centre, water slides and paddling pool for the youngest. All waterpark hotels offer on free night if you stay from Friday to Monday outside the summer period. CHOICE CLUB (CC) To obtain the 5th night free, Choice Club customers must pay NHP rates and have a valid collection of hotel stamps in the pass. Choice Club members gain 500 bonus points per personal stay. No Choice Club points are given on free nights. 5th night free Collection of stamps and use of the 5th night must be done during the period of 18th June - 15th August 2004. The 5th night cannot be used at Quality Hotel Kristiansand in Norway or Quality Hotel & Spa Selma Lagerloef in Sweden. GOLF Relaxed after a good night´s sleep, filled with energy after an excellent breakfast and ready to tee off on the first tee. Several of our hotels co-operate closely with local golf courses, indeed many hotels are on the sponsor lists. Greenfee is included in the hotel rate, and tee-off times can often be confirmed immediately. ALPINE SKIING Be tempted by one of our excellent hotel offers at famous skiing destinations.
